Today i been feeling this bad energy surrounding me, i couldnt tell if it was coming from outside or within, just negativity all around me, nothing seemed to be going right...as if i was being consumed
my toleration for people has decreased considerably
im starting to notice a change in myself, like a reaction to the stress..and it doesnt feel like a change for the better..wen it happens, i cant control it, it just takes over me
